June 2011 Duck Creek

At the end of June Heather and I made a trip to Duck Creek to spend the weeked with her

family. It was nice to spend some time with my best friend just the two of us we dont get to do thait offten.

Our weekend was full of Fishing, whipped cream vodka, eating, hanging out with family, going to duck creek and driving around. it was a good weekend i hope we can do it again soon.



June 2011 Saying goodbye

In october my dad lost his job in vegas. it took him no time time to find a job in arizona. but in January he had a job interview at the mines in northern nevada. he ended up taking the job and moving up to winnemuca in january. shannen moved up there in march. The rest of them planned on moving up once school got out. i was not excited about the idea of my family moving 8 hours away. when the day finally came i got up early and drove to their house but i seen the truck with the trailer on the back and  i had to keep going. i drove up to the cemetry and sat for while. then decided that i would be strong enough to go down and help them get everything packed up. it was a long day of loading up ten years of stuff and putting it into the trailer. it was weird seeing the house we had grown up in completely empty.
later that day shannen and i made dinner for everyone i really didnt want the day to end cause i knew the next morning was when they would leave. we all had dinner then it came time to say goodbye and i have never been good with those. they all left and i was a big baby im glad i had my husband here to be there while i cried my eyes out and thinking he was going to be the only thing i had here execpt amber who is living with her boyfriend in the old house.
the next morning i got up early and drove over to say one final goodbye. it was not easy at all. they got everyone packed into the truck and i got in mine i drove out of the driveway and my parents were behind me it was so sad seeing them with all there stuff behind them leaving to their new house.
The house in Winnemuca is a cute little house in town. Matthew and i cant wait to go spend sometime with them soon.

One Year

May 29th marks one year since matthew asked me to be his wife!

That was the best decision I have ever made. I love him with all my heart.

Im so happy he is mine forever!

This is the spot he asked me to marry him at Stewarts point. That day he told me he was going to go help his dad change the oil. but really he drove out to Stewarts point and make a heart with rocks and wrote in the sand will you marry me. i was so happy when i seen it!

ITS OURS

We got the keys to our new place on May 27. We were so excited!

I had to work all day so while i was at work i had the carpets cleaned then we started moving in that night.

Thank you to both of our families who helped us clean and get everything set up we could have done it without them!

Finally Our own home!

Finally after a few months of dealing with this house we finally get to move into tomorrow and i cant wait!

it has been one long road that is for sure. yesterday we go to sign papers and they find out that we have to got married and then they wanted us to prove that we are married. so we drive down to the marriage place to get a copy of our marriage and come to find out we are not legally married yet!!! (the papers are lost somewhere who knows) ha! but so after along day in vegas and missing two days of work i can finally say that everything is finally done and we get to move into our own beautiful house this weekend!
